Established in 1992, the PRC is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization created to provide community based recovery opportunities for the citizens of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation , and other surrounding communities. PRC is a licensed III.1 Low Intensity Residential (Adult) program. We are funded through a state contract for services, a tribal resolution and free will. Also contributions from businesses and individuals just like you!
PRC has undergone a variety of expansions in regards to the facility and the services offered to those seeking residential treatment, aftercare and recovery support. The scope of services offered has also seen significant growth since the early days. PRC strives to provide the treatment, support and services that will asssist individuals in their recovery journey.

The mission of PRC is to promote community based recovery opportunities. To develop, nurture, and implement a culturally relevant residential program for individuals addicted with the disease of alcoholism and substance abuse. To incorporate and utilize cultural and traditional events, daily living skills, educational activities and therapeutic community service support systems. Whereby providing a strong foundation for individuals to overcome defaults of character and empower all people with success in "wellbriety".
